The Story

I have always loved helping kids. I am truly excited to be teaching 1st Grade in Kipnuk, Alaska this school year. This is going to be a great experience for me and I cannot wait to grow as an educator.

I graduated from Knox College in December of 2020 with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Studio Art. Thanks to Knox, I have my Elementary Education Certification (Grades 1-6), and two endorsements in Physical Education (K-12) and Visual Arts (K-12).

At Knox I played soccer, softball, and ultimate frisbee. I am a member of Pi Beta Phi, and I was a Photo Editor and Sports Writer for The Knox Student (TKS), which is a student run newspaper.
